We have various clinical trial laboratory samples collected under additional trial consents for future research. This research may not begin until after the parent trial has closed. The samples may or may not be over one year old and so may or may not be captured by the Human Tissue Act. The question is this: irrespective of the age of the samples, is their analysis still subject to GCP requirements?
