    Configuration management

    Hi,

I was wondering for computerised systems such as LIMS, once validated can configuration changes to the system be managed by existing Change control or do we need a separate configuration change control log where the configuration items are specified and changes are recorded?

    Thanks

    I know it's old thread.....

For user who are new in this field LIMS means "Laboratory Information Management System". Basically its depends on your software....most of laboratory nowadays prefer customize software based on their need so that they can only show required data in their report.
