Change in IMP stock from clinical supply to commercial stock.

One of the IMP manufactures for one of the studies I manage have requested to change the IMP stock from clinical supply to commercial stock. I know this would need to be submitted as a substantial amendment. However what
documents would be required to support/approval this submission.
