Quick question... i have often heard that the MHRA hates file notes in the TMF. Is this really true or just a myth? I agree they don't replace essential documents, but when i am reviewing files, a file note is often helpful to understand what has occurred and for some explanation of the documents filed e.g. a file note to summarise a group of emails and the final decision.
Would be interested to hear others' thoughts and experiences.
