Please can you tell me how you do your GMP training and the frequency.

Hi BMS,

We look at our incidents/ errors over the previous 12mths and format questions around some of the actions required. This also includes a simple recall exercise or questions on Recalls, Good document practices. Really just to prompt staff in following the correct practices and may also help with deciding on future training needs for the department.

I know many sites use the electronic e:learning GMP module annually- but how relevant is this to the staff with understanding how the regulations fit with our routine work?.
