I would like some advice on the use of IB/IMPD/SPC. For the off label use or use of unlicensed/off label medicine in paediatrics and for a different indication do we need IB or IMPD or both? If the off label use is widely prevalent in practice for example over 10 years do we still need IB/IMPD or a SPC of the product will be enough to submit?
