Can someone tell me how they have managed to audit their pan-pathology SLAs with service users, to address ISO 15189:2012 subclause 4.4 ?

Also, who would normally be responsible for doing this audit as it covers all of pathology, and is not necessarily discipline specific- (though for Blood components, this aspect is easier to cover)?
