In a recent MHRA inspection the MHRA indicated that a Certified Copy must contain the colour elements of the scanned pages.

Is this a MHRA'ism or have other regulators indicated the same requirements?

We "process" documents for several hundred studies at a time through a scanning, indexing and filing mechanism that scans in B&W. Has anyone else faced this challenge?
