Out of hours contact numbers
For our out of hours contact numbers, we usually use a system called TTNC, which creates a proxy number given to participants, we can then log in and change who the number directs to depending on the out of hours rota. This systems on the whole works ok, however it is quite limited in how long the call rings and some other settings. I am just wondering if anyone uses any other system that may be useful to explore?
