SAR Confirmation Reports
Hi everyone - bit of a whinge (not like me, eh?)
I'm still getting quite a lot of queries regarding reporters not being able to add Confirmation reports for SARs.
The reporting process was changed in October 2015 whereby SHOT will update the Confirmation report on your behalf following completion and review of the SHOT questionnaire on the SHOT database.
You are only required to supply Confirmation reports to SAE reports which I haven't already excluded.
