Hi I am a bit confused with a point here, some advice would be fantastic!
So my question is - If patients sign ICF's which state their samples will be stored for 15 years, but the biobank policy is only 10 years (according to CAP accreditation) what is the correct thing to do? Will the retention period in the ICF overrule the biobank policy?
