I am just in the process of finalising a vendor assessment of a EDC. The EDC has a emailing platform to email participants surveys.

The email aspect of the system is supported by a third party. The third party have demonstrated other compliance (SOC). is anyone aware if SOC is suitable certification for GCP UK based studies ?

Can any give any advice on what to look out for specifically for vendor assessing a ePRO tool ?. I am establishing were the company are based and how they store information including email addresses and have been assured the third party has been vendor assessed by the EDC Vendor.
