Alerts and Incidents on QMS?

Does anyone use an electronic quality management system (e.g. Passport or QPulse) to log and process MDAs, FSNs or internal Incidents?

David, why don't you call a few labs directly and see if they are using the systems for above?
We currently don't use ipassport for QI reporting but if we did, all would be included as they would be managed in a similar way.

Here in Middlesbrough we use the CAPA module of QPulse to log all these sorts of things.

We use qpulse . We use the incident module for incident and change control management and capa module for audit ncs and validation management
