Capacity Planning vs Network staffing model
Would a pathology network staffing model ( for Hub site and Essential Service lab) fulfill the requirements of being a blood bank staffing capacity plan?
In theory the model would be based on full service requirements, so should take into consideration QMS, haemovigilance, improvements etc and consistently meet good regulatory and UKAS accreditation standards
Shared thoughts on this would be appreciated.
