I would like to do a simulation case in a clinical trial design phase I/II using R, my approach will start with three groups: treatment response, efficacy, toxicity, (CLT, dose I, dose II, then choose the best dose and continue with two arms trial (CLT, dose*). How I can start with this simulation with R.


CLT: clinic trial. dose*: dose best.
