We are closing a cancer CTIMP trial following completion of extended follow-up. A site has reported that the PI left and R&D do not want to appoint a new PI just for close down. Our SOPs require the PI sign off on the closure report. I can't find any MHRA or HRA guidance regarding how to proceed in these circumstances. Any advise on how to proceed?
