We're looking at performing a training day with a medical device that we are designing and developing ready for clinical trial in August at a hospital. The hospital is under an NDA but I want to put an agreement in place with ourselves and the hospital in order to protect our IP and any feedback that the hospital provides during the training day.

Can anyone advice on the structure of the agreement?
