GCP Certificate?
Do you think that a GCP Certificate will help one improve his chances of getting a better job in clinical research?

Largely depends what type of job, what skills and experience are required and what the GCP certificate is confirming. For example, does the latter confirm attendance at a fixed duration course or attainment of a defined level of competence by a recognised body?

Depends if you are working or have worked in clinical research already. If you have worked in research, then yes, of course, it is fundamental, if not, then doubtful. What is more likely to be of benefit is to have a knowledge of GCP, possibly purchase a GCP guidelines book. Once in post then you would presumably be put through a formal course.
